Registration
Registration for a course or workshop is done by completing a registration form. All courses and workshops are personal, so not transferable. A maximum number of participants applies to almost every course or workshop. Registrations are processed in order of receipt.
Anyone who cannot be placed will be notified.
On the registration form, you state the start date for the course. After receipt of your registration form, you will be assigned to the course or workshop and your teaching materials will be prepared. If you have not chosen a start date on the registration form, we will contact you to arrange a time. FULL=FULL.
Sewing lessons and courses
Registration is done by submitting a fully completed registration form via the website.
The (monthly) amount will be debited immediately and/or by direct debit. On the registration form, you state your name and, date of the course or date on which you will start, type of course, duration of lesson 2 or 4 hours and whether you come once or twice a month. In case of a failed debit or unpaid payment, a reminder will be sent.
Mention holidays longer than 1 week during your course period by email.
For holidays longer than 1 month, you can opt for a temporary stop.
In case the studio closes for a holiday period, the course will be resumed after the holiday.
Block Private sewing courses / Block Private sewing lessons
After taking a block of private sewing lessons, the lessons are planned for each following week, with the exception of holidays and public holidays.
The days on which a private lesson cannot take place must be reported in advance.
Missed private lessons that were planned in advance will be charged, unless otherwise agreed.
The missed lesson cannot be made up.
The missed lesson will not be moved to another course period.
1 session Private lessons
Appointments for private lessons can be cancelled under the following conditions:
In case of cancellation 24 hours in advance, the lesson can be made up.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the lesson, the lesson will be cancelled, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment obligation to pay in 1 time
However you register, after registration, confirmation and/or start of the course you commit to the General Terms and Conditions on these pages. You are obliged to pay the full course fee. All payments must be made before the start of the lesson/lesson period via IDEAL transfer or cash.
Payments more than 2 terms
Payments for more than 2 terms are made via the registration form and with IDEAL you pay the first term. All subsequent payments are made via direct debit. You do not have to do anything else for this. You will receive a confirmation from us after registration.
You can pay for the sewing and pattern drawing course in 1 time, 2 or 3 terms and fashion design within 4 or 5 terms.
Payment is made during the duration of your course.

Currently, a course can be paid in 3 ways:

Email with payment link € 8 administration costs on the registration form. 1 or more payment terms. You will receive a digital email with a payment link for a one-time payment or more than 2 terms. then you do not give direct debit.
On request, customization or cash payment is possible to meet the payment obligation.
Course period for sewing and/or pattern drawing is 13 weeks excluding holidays of the Mobile studio
Course period of Fashion design = 25 weeks excluding holidays of the Mobile studio
Waiting list
You can register early for courses that are yet to start. You can inquire about the new start date.
If you register for a new sewing course, you will be placed directly on the next student list.
Minor students
If the student is a minor, the parent(s) and/or guardian(s) have a payment obligation.
The registration is valid after receipt of the registration by the guardian or parent of the child. registration form. By sending/handing in a registration form, you as a parent commit to paying the full course fee.
Placement and classification
Placement and classification takes place after you have completed and sent a registration form and have fulfilled the payment obligation.
After receipt of your registration, you will be placed for the course on the start date you indicated. If the course is already full or you have not specified a start date. We will contact you or you can contact us.
